This
foundation course focuses on the development of a solid
technique, and on the understanding of the drummer's
role in a band. Planet Drum provides a unique comprehensive
graded curriculum for the crash courses. Developing
coordination on the drumkit, dedicated time studies,
and music reading abilities are strongly emphasised
alongside practical playing skills and performance.
Level
2 crash course for drumkit and percussion
In the
level 2 course, you will learn to master a wide range
of techniques and styles. Here, the focus is on performing,
and getting ready for life as a working drummer.
You will find only top of the line drums,
hand drums, cymbals, and hardware for students to
use. Each of our four studios contain two complete
drum sets (Yamaha, Gretsch, Pearl, and Mapex), cymbals
(all Zildjian), drum machines, and professional sound
systems.
